Vision Statement
TO KNOW HIM AND TO MAKE HIM KNOWN
- We get to know Him in the place of worship, prayer, meditation of His word, and fellowship.
- We make Him known through our lifestyles, attitudes, character, conduct, and speech.
- The kingdoms of this world are becoming the Kingdoms of our God. Part of knowing Him is to realize that He wants things in this world to be done “as it is in heaven.” God calls and appoints us to occupy all spheres of life, not just leadership within the church community.
- We seek to establish all believers as well equipped disciples in their sphere of influence, as a mature ambassador of His Kingdom.
- As a community of believers, we seek to make Him known through organized activities of ministry.
- We seek to make known His love in practical ways in the community by providing food and clothing to those in need. Our concern for the poor extends both to our own community and those in developing nations.
- Prayer is an important aspect of knowing Him. We have a mandate to pray. We believe a Regional House of Prayer will be raised up through local church ministries coming together. We are actively involved with the Hudson Valley Regional Prayer Movement, located in Newburgh, uniting together with a desire for spiritual awakening and community transformation.- hvrprayermovement@juno.com
